Find your next opportunity
AllONDECK is where tennis opportunities get listed and where the people behind them find players and coaches. Here's what runs on the platform today.
Academy recruitment
Academies build a presence here and browse verified player profiles. Your profile is what they see.
Explore academies →Coaching opportunities
Real coaching vacancies from clubs and academies, posted on the platform. Build a coaching CV and express interest.
See open roles →College & scholarship routes
Opt in to be discoverable by college programmes, and track the scholarship opportunities we list with their real deadlines.
Get recruit-ready →Sponsorship & funding
Players can run a vetted funding campaign so supporters and the diaspora can back their season directly.
How backing works →Tournaments & development
Tournaments, trials and development programmes listed as they open — every result you log strengthens your record.
Find events →AllONDECK connects players and coaches to these opportunities and makes your record visible to the people deciding. It does not guarantee selection, a scholarship, sponsorship or a placement — those decisions stay with the academies, colleges and organisations involved.

Where our members end up
Success stories coming soon
We'd rather show you nothing than show you something invented. As members earn placements, scholarships, sponsorships and coaching roles through AllONDECK, their stories will appear here — verified, with their permission.
Be one of the first →Built where the talent is.
We start in Nigeria, not as a symbol, but because the players are here and no one's looking.
Coaches first.
A platform is only as real as the people on it. Ours starts with verified coaches you can book today.
Early on purpose.
We'd rather be small and real than big and fake. What you see here exists. The rest, we build with you.
Founding members help build the pathway.
AllONDECK isn't a finished, polished machine, it's being built right now, with the players who show up first. Join early and you're not a number in a database; you're part of the foundation.
Be seen first
Your profile is live from day one, in front of the coaches already on the platform, not stuck behind a waitlist.
Shape what gets built
Founding members tell us what matters. The features that come next are decided by the people here now.
Get in before the rest
Being first isn't a consolation prize. It's the advantage, you're on record before the platform gets crowded.
Everything you need to get seen, get better, get placed.
One connected platform for players, coaches, academies and federations across Africa — with live rankings that reward getting active.
Connect with tennis near you.
You don't have to be chasing a pro contract to belong here. Whether you're a weekend hitter or a parent looking for lessons, you can now find local coaches, and other recreational players, right around you.
📍 Coaches on a map
See verified coaches near your city on an interactive map, sorted by who's closest, and book a session in a couple of taps.
🎾 Built for recreational players
A new Recreational Player sign-up, no ratings, no forms. Just tell us your city and we line up coaches nearby, ready to play.
🤝 Local, not lost online
Tennis is better in person. We help you connect with the coaches and players actually around you, not a feed of strangers across the world.
Ready now.
Real coaches you can book today.
Every coach on the platform is reviewed before they appear, so when you reach out, you reach a real coach, not a placeholder. No waitlist, no promises for later.
What "verified" means
Each verified coach has had their credentials and experience reviewed before appearing here, so when you reach out, you're reaching a real coach, not a placeholder.
