The rules that govern your use of the AllONDECK HUB platform.
By accessing or using the AllONDECK HUB website at allondeck.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Child Safeguarding policy.
AllONDECK HUB ("we", "us", "our") connects tennis players, coaches, tournaments and opportunities across Africa, starting in Nigeria. AllONDECK HUB is registered in New Mexico, USA and in Nigeria. You can reach us at hello@allondeck.org.
The Platform is a marketplace and technology service that connects players (and their guardians) with independent coaches, clubs and tournaments. We are not a party to the coaching relationship between a player and a coach, and coaches are independent providers, not our employees or agents (see Section 7).
To create and manage your own account you must be at least 18 years old. Children under 18 ("minors") may only use the Platform through, and with the verifiable consent and supervision of, a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the minor's use and accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf. By using the Platform you confirm you meet these requirements. How we protect children is described in our Child Safeguarding policy.

Independent coaches. Coaches listed on the Platform are independent providers responsible for their own services, conduct, qualifications, taxes and insurance. We verify coaches and require them to accept a Coach Agreement and our safeguarding policy, but we do not employ them, do not control how they deliver sessions, and are not a party to the agreement between a coach and a player.
Pricing and payments. Tournament entry fees, coaching bookings and memberships are subject to the pricing shown on the Platform, listed in USD and/or Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed by our third-party provider (Flutterwave); we do not store full card or bank details. We charge a service commission on paid bookings and may offer optional paid features (e.g. profile boosts). We may modify pricing on reasonable notice.
Cancellations and refunds. Coaching sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit toward a future session, subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking. Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. Contact hello@allondeck.org for billing disputes.
Pro and Elite memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@allondeck.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period - you will retain access until then.
By submitting a profile, you grant AllONDECK HUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your profile information publicly on the Platform for the purpose of talent discovery. You warrant that all information submitted is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You may request removal of your profile at any time.
A minor's profile may only be created and made visible by, and with the consent of, their parent or guardian, who controls its visibility and the sharing of any images or information. We handle personal data, including minors' data, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR).
All content on the Platform - including course materials, branding, design, and text - is the property of AllONDECK HUB or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy or distribute Platform content without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Tennis coaching advice is for informational and educational purposes - it does not replace professional medical or physical training advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllONDECK HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including physical injury from following coaching advice. Because the Platform is a marketplace, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, conduct, quality or safety of any coach, player, club or other user, and any session or arrangement you enter into is at your own risk, subject to your statutory rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where the Platform principally operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Nigeria. (AllONDECK HUB is also registered in New Mexico, USA.)
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
