The Story Behind AllONDECK HUB
I've spent most of my life around young athletes — watching how they train, how they grow, and how easily real talent can disappear when there's no structure to support it. Over the years, working with players and coaches across Africa and the U.S., I kept seeing the same thing happen: kids weren't failing because they weren't good enough. They were failing because the system wasn't built for them.
No clear pathway.
No verified visibility.
No guidance for parents.
No support for coaches.
Just talent… and hope.

That reality bothered me. And it pushed me to build something better.
AllONDECK started as a simple idea — create a home for young athletes where they can be seen, guided, and developed with intention. A place where families don't feel lost, where coaches have structure, and where players finally have a roadmap that makes sense.
I built AllONDECK because I believe every young athlete deserves:

- ✓Access to real coaching and opportunities
- ✓A community that supports their growth
This platform is my way of making sure no talent goes unseen and no child's potential gets wasted because of a broken system. It's more than a project for me — it's a mission I carry with pride.
