Every day, talented young players across Africa are held back, not by lack of ability, but by lack of access. AllONDECK HUB exists to close that gap.

The Founder

The Story Behind AllONDECK HUB

Kazeem Rasaki, Founder of AllONDECK HUB

I grew up playing tennis in Nigeria with borrowed rackets and borrowed court time. I had the talent - but I didn't have access to the coaches, resources, or networks that players in Europe and America took for granted.

I earned my ITF Level 1 certification in 2021 and my US PTR certification in 2025, completed diplomas in Sport Coaching & Leadership and Business Management & Entrepreneurship, and coached dozens of players across Nigeria and the diaspora. But I kept seeing the same problem: talented Nigerian players falling through the cracks simply because they couldn't afford quality coaching or didn't have the visibility to attract scouts.

In 2024, I launched AllONDECK HUB - and in 2025, it evolved into AllONDECK HUB: a fully digital platform designed to bring top tennis development to every Nigerian player, wherever they are.

"If I'd had this platform when I was 14, my career would have looked very different. I'm building it so the next generation doesn't have to wish for what we didn't have."

The Journey

From Court to Digital Platform

A decade of coaching on African courts led to a simple realisation: the biggest barrier to Nigerian tennis talent isn't ability - it's access. Here's how AllONDECK HUB was built.

2008-2012

Competed as a top junior player across Nigeria and South Africa - building competitive experience, resilience, and a deep first-hand understanding of what Nigerian players face on the road to the top.

2021

ITF Level 1 Certified

Earned the ITF Level 1 coaching certification - a milestone that formalised years of on-court passion into a professional coaching career.

2024

AllONDECK HUB Launched

Launched AllONDECK HUB - the beginning of a mission to connect Nigerian tennis talent with the coaching, resources, and visibility they deserve.

2025

US PTR Certified & Platform Evolution

Achieved the US Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certification and evolved the platform into AllONDECK HUBa fully digital ecosystem for African tennis talent.
