A โ on AllONDECK is given by a person on our team, never automatically, and nobody can verify themselves. Here is exactly what each โ means.
The player sent us the link to their own profile on the official UTR site, and a member of our team opened it and confirmed the rating matches.
If the player later changes the number, the โ is removed until we check it again.
Our team has checked the coach's coaching certificate by hand: the document itself, or the certificate number with the body that issued it.
On 28 October 2026 we re-checked every coach badge given under older rules. None had a checked certificate on file, so those โ badges were taken off until the coach sends one. A coach who accepted our Coach Agreement shows "๐ Signed Coach Agreement" instead, which is not a credential check. Certificates a coach lists without a โ are their own description.
An official ATP, WTA, ITF or ITF Juniors ranking that our team has matched to the governing body's own page.
Editing the ranking number or link removes the โ until it is checked again.
A result entered by our team, or taken from an official tournament record. A result a player adds themselves is shown as player-reported, not verified.
Changing the score, opponent or date removes the โ.
An adult's identity is confirmed through Dojah, our ID-verification provider. Under-18s are not ID-checked. Their profile is linked to a parent or guardian, and it stays hidden from the public until that guardian gives consent.
The player finished a development pathway and sent evidence, and our team reviewed and approved it.
A person on the AllONDECK team, every time. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Some checks take longer when we need more evidence. If something doesn't look right, we ask for more evidence or decline.
UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) is a single number, roughly 1 to 16.5, that rates a player from the scores of their real matches. It is the same scale for every age and gender, which is why college coaches and scouts use it.
AllONDECK is a registered UTR club and can run UTR-rated events. Our own AllONDECK Rating is a separate number, worked out from a player's UTR and the match results recorded on AllONDECK. It is always labelled as ours and is never shown as a UTR.
See it on a real profile. These are shown with the member's consent:
Players: add your UTR profile link on your profile and we'll check it. Coaches: send your certificate through coach verification.
If you think a โ is wrong, email hello@allondeck.org and we'll re-check it. For a concern about a child's safety, see Child Safeguarding.
