2-3 business days for the Verified and Pro Coach tiers. Elite Coach and Master Coach applications may take up to 7 business days as they require a more thorough review by our coaching panel.
For the Verified badge: a government-issued ID (national ID, passport, or driver's licence). For Pro / Elite / Master badges: certification documents from ITF, PTR, or your national tennis federation. Elite and Master applicants should also include professional references.
Yes, verification is completely free on AllONDECK. There are no hidden fees or renewal charges. We believe every qualified coach on the continent deserves to be recognised.
Yes. Violations of the AllONDECK Code of Conduct, submission of false or forged documents, or sustained complaints from players or parents can result in badge revocation and account suspension. All decisions are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
Apply for the Verified badge using your government-issued ID. This gives you a trust badge on your profile. You can upgrade to Pro, Elite, or Master later as you complete your certifications. Many great coaches start with Verified!
