Coach Questions Answered

Yes, 100% free. Your basic profile will be listed in the directory with your bio, speciality, and a contact enquiry button. You only pay if you want to unlock booking features, boosted ranking, or the Featured placement.
Pro and Featured coaches receive a direct booking button on their profile. When a student books, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp notification with session details. Payments are processed securely via Flutterwave, funds settle to your linked bank account within 24 hours.
Academies can send a hire enquiry directly through your profile. You'll receive their contact details and job brief by email. All negotiations and contracts are handled between you and the academy - AllONDECK HUB facilitates the introduction.
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Featured at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month. Contact us at hello@allondeck.org to manage your plan.
No - any coach at any level can create a free profile. However, certified coaches receive a Verified badge which significantly increases trust and booking rates. We encourage all coaches to pursue certification and will display your credentials prominently.
