Common Questions

We aim to reply within 3 business days for every tier. Elite and Master Coach applications can take longer, because we check more evidence. Every request is checked by a person; nothing is approved automatically. What verified means.
For the ✔ Verified badge: a coaching certificate from ITF, PTR or your national tennis federation. A clear photo or PDF is enough. For Pro / Elite / Master badges: the same certificate. Elite and Master applicants should also include professional references.
Yes, verification is completely free on AllONDECK. There are no hidden fees or renewal charges. We believe every qualified coach on the continent deserves to be recognised.
Yes. Violations of the AllONDECK Code of Conduct, submission of false or forged documents, or sustained complaints from players or parents can result in badge revocation and account suspension. All decisions are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
You can still coach and take bookings on AllONDECK without a badge. The ✔ is only for coaches whose certificate we've checked. When you complete a certification, send it here and we'll check it.
