You need a smartphone or laptop with a camera, stable internet connection, and access to a tennis court (or open space). You don't need specialist equipment - most players use a phone propped against a fence or fence post.

After booking, you'll receive an upload link via email. You can share footage via Google Drive, WhatsApp, or WeTransfer. Most players send 1-2 sets from a recent match. The more recent the better.

Absolutely. We encourage parents to join the first session. Our coaches explain the development plan clearly so parents and players are aligned on goals and expectations.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the session receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once. No-shows forfeit the session.

Yes. Our Elite community membership includes 2 virtual coaching sessions per month. We also offer 5-session packs at a 15% discount - contact us directly or join the Elite plan for the best value.
